His Royal Highness Prince Carl Philip of Sweden celebrated his birthday several months ago. This rather typical reply comes in response to a birthday greeting I sent in April. Of the four replies I have received from the royal court in Sweden, all but one are on behalf of the prince – the other is on behalf of both him and his wife for the wedding anniversary; and all are prepared and signed by Ms. Soderlind. Despite many attempts I have received no replies to correspondence for Their Majesties the King or Queen or HRH Victoria, the Crown Princess.
