Belgium is usually quite generous with their replies, each one usually accompanied by a portrait. This is the first solo portrait of King Philippe I have received from Brussels. Unfortunately, a persistent problem of glue from the envelope sticking to the card(s) and photo(s) continues unabated. You can see the damage clearly on the card, but I am glad the photograph was untouched.
